Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual with a sparkling personality to join our successful team as Night Receptionist.

What about the job?

Your main responsibility will be to contribute to the guest journey from welcome to farewell and take steps to ensure guest have an extraordinary stay. As a night receptionist you will be responsible for offering a welcoming and seamless check-in/check-out, answer the phone and deal with any guest queries promptly and efficiently. As a part of your daily tasks, you will also be required to take and amend reservations, controlling and running the end of day, take/deliver room service orders and offer the hotels services to ensure that the hotel maximises revenue at every opportunity.

What about you?

The ideal Night Receptionist will be immaculately presented and have a minimum of one year experience in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star Hotel.

The ideal candidate will be a genuine team player with intuitive customer service skills, who is able to demonstrate knowledge of hotel reception procedures and a desire to exceed guests expectations. Night shifts start at 8pm and finish at 8am , 4ON 4OFF shift patterns

The successful candidate will speak English fluently and have experience working with Opera.
