Job Description

Training Coordinator role\\n\\nLocation: London\\n\\nFull Time, Fully site based\\n\\nPermanent basis\\n\\nI am currently working with a medium sized contractor in the recruiting of a Training Coordinator to oversee one of their London sites.\\n\\nYour key responsbilitis will involve:\\n\\nLiaise with 3rd party training providers to book training at external training locations.\\nEnsure training arrangements are in place for all courses held at external training locations and that each delegate is fully notified of all details in advance.\\nLiaise with appropriate management across the company to ensure employees are trained in accordance with the competencies required to fulfill the requirements of their role.\\nProcess training charges in the system in a timely manner.\\nEnsure all invoices are accurate and promptly sent for processing and payment.\\nEnsure all external delegates have been charged, and training has been paid for courses booked in advance.\\nProcess cancellation charges where necessary and feedback to regional coordinators. \\n\\nThis company are actively growing and have a huge pipeline of current and upcoming work.\\n\\nPlease could you apply to be considered for this excellent opportunity, or contact Paige Camies at the Fawkes & Reece office for more information
