As the Business Development Director, you will lead the agency’s London’s new business team, crafting and executing a global strategy to drive their ambitious growth. You will identify new opportunities, manage their business pipeline, and promote their unique proposition of ‘Crafting Stories, Shaping Spaces, Creating Fans.’ Reporting to the UK Managing Director and International Group lead, you will coordinate pitches with international support and ensure their market presence is continuously enhanced. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for brand experiences.
Role Responsibilities:

Agency Understanding: Develop and lead strategic approaches to engage global C-suite prospects, tailor agency positioning, and promote our capabilities.

Strategy Development: Identify target sectors and brands, craft and execute new business strategies, and review tactics regularly.

Prospect Management: Manage the prospect database through Salesforce, drive initiatives, and monitor key prospects.

Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends and attend networking events.

Pitch Management: Oversee the entire pitch process, match prospects with appropriate agency teams, and conduct post-pitch analyses.

Collateral Management: Ensure up-to-date marketing materials support the global strategy.

Tender Process: Coordinate tender submissions and maintain a comprehensive library of information.

Financial Responsibility: Manage the new business budget, establish ROI, and drive new business financial performance.
