Whitepaper Events is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Event Producer to join our fast-paced, small team.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of both Private and Corporate event experience, with an unbelieveable level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You’ll work both independently and remotely while building strong relationships with third-party vendors and clients, managing event budgets, and leading event execution from start to finish.
We are looking for someone proactive, resourceful, and solution-focused who thrives under pressure, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering exceptional event experiences.
