We are currently looking for a Handyman in the Woolwich area working for a well-established Housing association. This is a permanent role, working on the responsive repairs team.
As the Handyman you will be responsible for:
- Basic Handyman duties
- Replacing light fittings
- General Maintenance
- Patch Plastering
- Building Flat Packs
- Decorating Rooms
- Minor Pest Control
The successful Handyman will:
- Be able to commute to sites
- Have a full UK Driving Licence
In return the Handyman will receive:
- 30K basic a year
- Overtime available
- Pension
- Company Days Out
