Are you an experienced procurement leader looking for a strategic role in a global organisation? This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on procurement operations across the UK & EMEA, driving supplier relationships, commercial success, and sustainability initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the execution of the EMEA procurement strategy.
• Managing supplier relationships & strategic contract management.
• Overseeing procurement team operations across the UK & Ireland.
• Driving innovation, sustainability, and diversity within the procurement function.
• Ensuring best practices in supply chain management & procurement compliance.
• Identifying business-to-business engagement opportunities to enhance value.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Experience in Facilities Management (FM) & Corporate Real Estate (CRE) environments.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a complex, matrix organisation.
• Strong expertise in contract management, procurement strategy & supplier negotiations.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
