Head of Leasehold Transactions

We are looking to appoint a Head of Leasehold Transactions to lead our team of experts. You will be either a Solicitor or CILEX qualified with 10+ years PQE, with detailed knowledge in the field of leasehold enfranchisement, RTM and other property-based cases. Ideally, you’ll bring with you a range of leadership experience and be someone who is a self-starter, you will have the confidence to reach out and grow your own client base and work collaboratively with our Business Development team to gain the confidence of new and existing clients.

You will relish the fee earning work, hitting targets and conducting your own caseload. You will be confident meeting clients virtually or in-person, using well-honed communication skills and tenacity to get that case settled and your tasks completed. Of course, it goes without saying that we need someone who can offer clear concise pragmatic advice but also be clear on costs, and empathetic to each client’s challenges whilst ensuring our Vision and Values are at the forefront of what you do.
