Job Description

I'm currently looking for Cyber Culture Specialist!

What you'll be doing:

  • Design and produce phishing simulation exercises using Microsoft Attack Simulator; ensure content is easy to understand and accessible to all employees.
  • Take ownership of phishing reporting processes and metrics; promote simple reporting processes to avoid productivity disruption.
  • Build confidence in recognising phishing threats; guide staff in skill development and identify training needs.

What you'll need:

  • Skilled in creating phishing simulation exercises using Microsoft Attack Simulator; comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity threats and best practices.
  • Clear and effective communicator; able to deliver training content in an engaging and understandable manner.
  • Strong plan management skills; ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders effectively.

Desirable:

  • Experience in the financial sector
