We have an exciting opportunity for two Learning Support Assistants to join a vibrant mainstream primary school in Wembley, London Borough of Brent., * Provide tailored 1:1 support to a Year 3 pupil with Autism.

• Use sports, physical activities, or hands-on learning techniques to engage the pupil in fun and creative ways.

• Support social, emotional, and communication development through active learning.

• Collaborate with teachers, SEN staff, and other professionals to ensure personalised learning plans are followed.

• Be a positive role model and mentor, helping the child thrive., * Work in a supportive, inclusive environment that values your skills in sports and active learning.

• Gain experience in a rewarding role, where you’ll see the direct impact of your efforts on a child’s development.

• Full-time, long-term stability with opportunities for growth within the school.

• Be part of a welcoming team that collaborates closely to provide the best support for pupils.

• 3 to 6 months experience working with children, ideally in a mainstream or SEN setting.

• Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder and effective strategies to support children with ASD.

• A background in sports, physical education, or outdoor activities.

• Strong communication skills, patience, and a proactive, nurturing approach.

• A team-oriented mindset with the drive to make a real impact.

• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
