We have an exciting opportunity for two Learning Support Assistants to join a vibrant mainstream primary school in Wembley, London Borough of Brent., * Provide tailored 1:1 support to a Year 3 pupil with Autism.

Use sports, physical activities, or hands-on learning techniques to engage the pupil in fun and creative ways.

Support social, emotional, and communication development through active learning.

Collaborate with teachers, SEN staff, and other professionals to ensure personalised learning plans are followed.

Be a positive role model and mentor, helping the child thrive., * Work in a supportive, inclusive environment that values your skills in sports and active learning.

3 to 6 months experience working with children, ideally in a mainstream or SEN setting.

Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder and effective strategies to support children with ASD.

Strong communication skills, patience, and a proactive, nurturing approach.

A team-oriented mindset with the drive to make a real impact.
