Ground Worker

• Carry out excavation and ground preparation tasks for construction projects.

• Operate machinery and tools safely and effectively, including diggers and compactors.

• Assist in the installation of drainage systems, foundations, and other structural elements.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure project timelines are met.

• Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.

• Perform manual labour tasks as required, including lifting and moving materials.

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Groundworker to join our small team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to groundwork, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to work with in a team and on there own., * Previous experience in groundwork or a related field is preferred but not essential.

• Ability to operate construction machinery safely (training may be provided).

• Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

• A valid driving licence is required
