The 0-19 Admin Hub Team provides administrative support to colleagues and families in the countywide delivery of 0-19 universal services including Health Visiting and School Nursing provision. The Hub provides a central contact point from 8am to 5pm and supports five localities who deliver services within geographical clusters., To provide a comprehensive administrative and clerical service within the 0-19 Children’s Universal Service including the ability to promote and safeguard the welfare of Children, Young People and their families. This will include initial screening of calls from service users, partners and other professionals, documenting and sharing key information, creating letters and reports. The post holder will be part of the single point of contact for service users and will be required to promptly answer telephone calls, resolve routine and non-routine queries and provide a high level of customer service, which will include signposting to relevant services prioritising urgent assessment when required., Applications will be transferred to the TRAC system, by completing an application you are giving authorisation for the transfer of your data.
