CQC application has been validated now and we are looking to appoint a manager asap who is confident to attend a CQC fit person interview. – Post approval to ensure the provision is Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-Led and aiming to become an ‘outstanding’ provision – Manage and lead a team of colleagues, providing guidance, training, and support – Develop and implement strategies to improve user satisfaction and increase revenue – Monitor occupancy and maintaining existing users – Ensure compliance with policies and procedures – Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner – Collaborate with the local authorities and CQC to ensure affective operations Desirable Skills: – Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire employees – Experience in the Adult supported living industry, specific to learning difficulties & mental health – Good knowledge of Health & Social care Act 2008 – Knowledge in CQC registration, relevant care acts, tender / procurement application process experience and someone who’s willing to take nominated individual role as well as RM if need be Please note this manager position requires experience in an Adult supported living provision, supervising and knowledge of learning disabilities and mental health. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of care workers, staff rota, ensuring user satisfaction and maintaining a strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills set.
