Senior Sales and Events Executive

We're looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team! In this role, you'll drive pre-booked sales, manage key events, and support the Sales and Central Bookings Executives to maximise performance. You'll play a crucial role in building relationships, optimising booking conversions, and ensuring seamless event execution. Plus, you'll deputise for the Head of Sales in their absence, taking responsibility for managing rotas and leading the team.

Please note – This role is office based in Warrington 5 days a week, working days may include ad hoc evenings and weekends as required.

What will you do?

• Maximise enquiry-to-booking conversions through timely follow-ups and expert venue knowledge.
• Manage pre-booked sales and event enquiries via Collins, email, and web submissions.
• Act as the first point of contact for all sales and event enquiries.
• Support and guide Sales and Central Bookings Executives to drive performance.
• Lead the organisation of group bookings and event handovers to operations.
• Maintain and grow our database of corporate and consumer clients.
• Ensure seamless systems management using Collins and third-party platforms.
• Attend and contribute to sales meetings, providing insights and strategies.
• Deputise for the Head of Sales when required, including managing rotas and team operations.

What We're Looking For:

? Proven experience in sales and event management, ideally within hospitality.
? Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and client relationships.
? Confident communicator who can lead and support a team.
? Experience using booking systems (Collins preferred) and CRM platforms.
? Passion for hospitality, sales, and delivering unforgettable experiences.
