Care Assistant Days HZ-(phone number removed) Our client in Crowthorne is looking for a care assistant to join there well-established 80 bedded residential home. The home has an CQC rating of good, specialising in dementia and elderly residents. Job description- Care Assistant (days and nights) Contracted Hours: 36- 48 Hours per week Start and finish time for care assistant 8AM to 8PM (Days) 8PM to 8AM (Nights) Pay rate: £12.50 – £13.50 Care assistants are required to work rotational weekends for both days and night Responsibilities: * Care assistants Provide support and care to residents whilst maintaining their rights to Independence, dignity and privacy whilst assisting residents in their daily living * Help residents dress/ undress, bath, wash and use the toilet * Help residents with mobility problems * assist residents with personal hygiene * Care assistance undertake the role of assisting a set of residents with the aid of a senior member of staff In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed; the care assistant is required to perform other duties assigned by the manager from time to time.
