  • Ensure processes in the IMS are complete in accordance with the Digital Assurance Framework across all the capability areas.

  • Consistently format supporting documentation content provided by business process owners.

  • Manage the Management System request tracker.

  • Understand change requests, prioritise and assess them against current content.

  • Contribute to Quarterly IMS engagement events.

  • Support our Digital Assurance Manager in building our IMS into an operating model, and our Quality Data and Systems manager in compliance and assurance reporting relating to the IMS.

  • Support the identification of improvement opportunities in the IMS Team to feed the Innovation Steering Group for business improvements.

  • High degree of computer literacy

  • Ability to organise and administer tracking (e.g. SharePoint) and project management (e.g. Planner) applications

  • Demonstrated ability to manage data input

  • Knowledge of database logic
