About Beauchamp Estates

Beauchamp Estates is expanding its marketing function and looking for a Content and Design Executive to elevate our content creation and design capabilities. This role is integral to developing high-quality marketing materials, compelling social media content and strategic content planning. You will work closely with key stakeholders to enhance brand storytelling and digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy and Creation

•                   Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand goals and audience interests.

•                   Create high-quality, engaging and shareable content including graphics, videos and written posts.

•                   Ensure brand consistency across all visual and written materials.

Design and Marketing Materials

•                   Design presentations and marketing materials to support sales and marketing initiatives.

•                   Collaborate with external graphic designers for larger projects and ad hoc design needs.

Social Media Management

•                   Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

•                   Plan and schedule content using social media management tools.

•                   Monitor social media trends and leverage insights to optimise content performance.

Collaboration and Performance Tracking

•                   Work closely with internal teams (sales and marketing) to maintain brand alignment.

•                   Track and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.).

•                   Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates and emerging digital marketing techniques.

Desirable Skills and Experience

•                   Proven experience in content creation and social media management.

•                   Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills.

•                   Proficiency in design and video editing tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

•                   Familiarity with social media analytics and advertising platforms.

•                   Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

•                   Strong communication and collaboration skills.

•                   Knowledge of SEO best practices for social media and content marketing.

•                   Experience in paid social media campaigns is a plus.
