As part of our strategic growth plan for 2025, we are expanding our team and inviting experienced legal professionals to join us as Client Partners.

Our Client Partners manage their own portfolios of clients within the framework of our established and respected brand. If you have a proven track record of growing and managing your own client base, we offer the support, infrastructure, and marketing strength to take you to the next level.

As a Client Partner, you’ll have access to all the resources and facilities we’ve built over 25 years as real estate law specialists — including a highly experienced pool of core solicitors and comprehensive administrative, sales and marketing support. Our core legal team is made up of lawyers from top-tier firms and senior in-house roles, ensuring that the legal work delivered under our name meets the highest standards. With that support behind you, you can focus on what matters most: your clients, your legal work, and growing your business.

We believe in giving our lawyers autonomy and flexibility. That’s why all of our solicitors choose when and where they work. With 20+ years of experience in perfecting remote working, we provide the IT systems, tools, and support needed for seamless collaboration — along with office space in London, Manchester and Birmingham when required.

If you’re a senior Real Estate Solicitor with a strong track record of leadership and high-level commercial property work, we’d like to hear from you. Whether your expertise lies in commercial property, planning, environmental, property finance, construction, or property litigation, we’re interested in starting a conversation.

We’re also recruiting senior Real Estate Solicitors, Partners, and Consultants to join our growing team and help us deliver exceptional service to our expanding client base.
