It is imperative that applicants are able to confidently operate across new and existing client sites, and maintain strong working relationships with clients. Experience / Qualifications: – Will be qualified with the City & Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing – Successful track record undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments on domestic hot & cold water systems – Fully conversant in HSG 274 and ACOP L8 compliance standards – Strong literacy and IT proficiency – Able to discuss technical matters in detail with clients – Excellent interpersonal skills The Role: – Conducting legionella risk assessments on domestic hot & cold water systems – Producing bespoke risk assessment reports – Creating schematic drawings – Advising clients on found risks and advisory remedials – Meeting with clients to answer technical issues and provide project updates – Supporting and training new risk assessors – Working to agreed targets and deadlines – Travelling to client sites as required Alternative job titles: Legionella Consultant, Water Hygiene Risk Assessor, Water Hygiene Consultant, Water Hygiene Engineer, Environmental Consultant.
