Robert Half are working on a project to deliver a team of case investigators to work on a large scale Financial Services remediation. This is an initial 3-month assignment with a start date of early-mid August. This role would be ideal for Case Handlers / Investigators with experience of working within the Financial Services Industry - Investments/Pensions/PPI/Banking/Insurance.
Required experience:
- Previous experience of working in a case handling capacity within Financial Services
- Background in complex financial products is highly desirable, though not essential
- Basic product knowledge is sufficient, as comprehensive training will be provided
- Good Excel skills
- Strong data entry, analysis, and reporting skills are essential
- Ability to quickly absorb and interpret information with accuracy and clarity
- Excellent attention to detail
Location: On-site presence in Bristol is required 5 days a week, this may be reviewed based on project progress and deliverables.
