Our client, a boutique firm of accountants, requires an experienced candidate, used to working with multiple clients and an ever-changing workload to join their team. You will be providing bookkeeping and management accounts for SME clients. The role is office-based, but hours are flexible.
You will have solid experience working in a UK firm of accountants, working with multiple clients, and using cloud-based software (XERO).
- Transactional postings, journals, bank reconciliations and full management account reviews
- CIS & VAT submissions
- Running end-to-end payroll process
- Completion of accounts
- Year-end accounts
- Completion of corporation tax returns
- Completion of VAT returns
- Monthly/quarterly bookkeeping
- Company secretarial
You should have several years of bookkeeping experience in a UK firm of accountants in a semi-senior role. Advanced knowledge of small businesses and current legislation is required.
