Principle Accountabilities/Main Functions
- Cash Management / Banking: Full responsibility for the management of the cashflow and forecasting. Manage payment plans.
- Accounts Receivable: Responsible for the management of £7m sales ledger debt, using the most relevant debt recovery tactics/strategies.
- Accounts Payable: Full responsibility for the monitoring and management of Purchase Ledger, £3m processing of invoices, ensure correct nominal coding to ensure costs correlate to budgets and management accounts.
- Payroll: Assist on the administration of monthly Payroll collation for the outsourced payroll team.
- Management: Manage and lead continuous development of the team, setting SMART objectives, appraisals, workflows which support the efficient running of the Finance Department on a frequent basis.
Preferred Qualifications / Experience:
- Experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Knowledge of Sage 50 or 200
- AAT part or full qualification
- Payroll administration experience
- Excel reporting and all Microsoft Packages
