We are seeking an Operational Excellence Expert to join our Trays and Cups team.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in new project startups, providing technical expertise to ensure smooth launches.
  • Support troubleshooting and problem-solving at the machine level to minimize production downtime.
  • Lead CI projects aimed at improving processes, increasing efficiency, and reducing costs.
  • Collaborate closely with NPD, machine supplier and production teams to share best practices and develop innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience with form-pressed trays, Paperseal, or similar technologies.
  • A background in production with Ci work with a track record of successful cost-saving projects.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently, particularly between UK factories, Spain, and Sweden.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments and locations.
  • A proactive, solution-driven attitude with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality.

Skills Needed:

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Experience in manufacturing processes, particularly in packaging or related industries.
  • Ability in office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team efforts.
