An established, fast-growing business in the technology and services space is hiring its first Social Value Officer to lead and shape its approach to social value. This is a newly created role with plenty of autonomy. You’ll work cross-functionally to align internal initiatives with frameworks like TOMs and Social Value Portal, while supporting the bid and sales teams in producing measurable, strategic responses that resonate with customers. You’ll also represent the business in external forums and build partnerships to support delivery on the ground. What you'll be doing: * Define and lead the business’s first formal social value strategy * Shape responses to public sector bids, aligning with frameworks like TOMs, MACS, or Social Value Portal * Collaborate with teams across sustainability, D&I, charity, and recruitment to map existing initiatives * Build third-party partnerships for local delivery of social value commitments * Track, report, and communicate outcomes internally and externally * Act as the voice of social value in industry groups and external discussi…
