We’re delighted to be working once again with a valued long-term client, currently looking to add a Customer Advisor to their friendly and energetic team. This is a full-time, office-based role offering the opportunity to be part of a close-knit, supportive business with a fantastic working culture.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls to customers
  • Providing information about services
  • Responding to customer emails
  • Keeping internal systems up to date
  • Supporting with general administrative tasks
