Fibre Engineer

The Telecoms Division at MGroup Services is seeking dedicated and skilled Fibre Engineers (FTTP) to join our team. As a Fibre Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, testing, and maintenance of Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) networks. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting projects, delivering critical infrastructure that enables fast and reliable broadband to homes and businesses. Location West Downs. Key Responsibilities: Install, test, and maintain Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) networks. Splice fibre cables, ensuring high-quality connectivity. Conduct fault-finding and diagnostics on fibre networks. Work collaboratively with other engineers, supervisors, and coordinators to complete tasks efficiently and safely. Maintain all required documentation, including job packs and as-built drawings. Adhere to health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment. Perform civil work tasks, such as working in confined spaces and at heights when required. Requirements: Proven experience in Fibre Engineering, ideally in FTTP network installations.
