Multi Trade (Army Housing Contract)
Salary: £34,000+
Location: Portsmouth
Environment: Housing Maintenance
The Company: Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. This is a Housing Army contract across 1,600+ homes. These tenants are generally very responsive, professional and well-mannered, with clean and tidy homes, putting your place of work in a nice friendly environment.
The Role:
- Bath framework, boxing, bath panels, tiling
- Toilet overhauls
- Identifying and fixing burst pipes/leaks
- Carpentry works
- Wet trades
- Groundwork
- Installing additional pipework
- Gain entries
- Mould treatments
- Shower boost replacement
- Receive & complete works via PDA device
- Work safely in accordance with H&S
Skills & Experience:
- Competent use of PDA & mobile devices
- Full UK Drivers License
- Plumbing biased but able to carry out other works: Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Decorating, Patch Plaster
- Social Housing experience preferred
- Relevant industry qualifications
