We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual who is able to use their initiative to complete a range of tasks., * Manage export orders and documentation, such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates.

  • Coordinate with freight companies for quotes and pricing.

  • Ensure compliance with payment terms, credit insurance, and regulations.

  • Maintain and update customer records and resolve delivery issues when necessary.

  • Organize trade events, including booking space, arranging displays, and managing logistics.

  • Coordinate travel details and schedules for colleagues attending shows.

  • Monitor and manage exhibition-related deadlines and tasks.

  • Provide sales support and handle office administration tasks.

  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

  • Proficiency in computing (e.g., Microsoft Office, Sage/Odoo).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a busy environment.

  • Previous export administration experience is desirable.

  • Multilingual abilities are a bonus.
