We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to join our client’s dynamic team within the Design and Build market. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented professional to lead and oversee the technical aspects of their commercial fit-out projects, ensuring the highest quality standards and smooth operational delivery.

Location: Multiple projects across the City of London

Salary: (phone number removed) per annum

Start: ASAP

Technical Services Manager Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage all technical aspects of D&B fit-out projects.
  2. Oversee the coordination of technical teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of fit-out solutions within specified timelines and budgets.
  3. Work closely with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to define project specifications and deliver technical excellence.
  4. Ensure compliance with industry standards, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
  5. Provide guidance and support to the team in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and resolving any technical issues.
  6. Contribute to business development, offering technical expertise during the tendering process and client presentations.

Key Requirements:

  1. Prior experience as a Technical Services Manager
  2. Experience within the fit-out market (Ideally Design and Build contracts)
  3. Mechanically Biased is desirable, however not essential
