Working in a busy Local Authority Property services team, this is working in the agricultural and farming estates team and is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate in Rural Surveying / estate management (or similar) with or without work experience.
Working in a team, you will be assisting with the :
Administration of managing multiple farm estates, carrying out rent reviews, lettings, maintenance and repairs, project management, administration (finance, etc.).
What you’ll need to succeed
You need to be rural-minded, ideally with a rural / estate management degree or M.Sc., a farming background or some combination of the two. You will ideally be working towards your APC and RICS.
What you’ll get in return
This is a 6-month temporary contract with weekly pay and the possibility of a temporary to permanent appointment direct with the Local Authority.
