About the Role\\nWe’re working with a leading broadband provider at the forefront of delivering full fibre connectivity across the UK. As part of their expansion, they’re looking for a skilled Fibre Installation Engineer to join their team and play a key role in connecting communities to high-speed broadband.\\nThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that’s transforming the way people live, work, and connect. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality fibre installations, ensuring customers are seamlessly connected to the network, and contributing to the company’s mission of delivering reliable, future-proof broadband.\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n🔹 Install overhead and underground fibre optic cables, termination boxes, routers, and associated equipment.\\n🔹 Complete internal and external cabling works to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction.\\n🔹 Collaborate with the tech team to troubleshoot and resolve issues with customer connections.\\n🔹 Conduct site surveys to identify requirements for tree cutting, traffic management, and other obstacles to successful installations.\\n🔹 Ensure all work is documented accurately, including job sheets, risk assessments, and hazard identification.\\n🔹 Adhere to health and safety standards and comply with all company processes and procedures.\\nYour Skills and Experience:\\n🔑 SA001 & SA002 qualified (essential).\\n📜 IPAF, NRSWA, S7/S8 PIA qualifications (desirable).\\n🔧 At least 1 year of experience working on fibre networks.\\n👥 Proven experience in a customer-facing role.\\n🌐 Knowledge of the Openreach PIA network and fibre installation processes.\\nWhat’s on Offer:\\n💷 A competitive salary of up to £35,000.\\n🏖️ 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.\\n🩺 Private Medical Insurance with Vitality.\\n🎯 Company bonus scheme.\\n🛒 Access to 1000s of discounts via Reward Gateway.\\n👶 Enhanced maternity/paternity pay.\\n🤒 Company sick pay.\\n🚀 A Future Leaders Programme and clearly defined career pathways.\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company that values its employees and offers excellent benefits, training, and career progression.
