Our client is looking to expand its team with an RICS-qualified Surveyor in the Guildford area. Our clients are a growing and successful independent practice with client care and a booking team to support your work. Covering both Residential & Commercial properties.
Key responsibilities as a Surveyor
β€’ Carrying out Level 1 Surveys
β€’ Homebuyers Surveys
β€’ Building Surveys
β€’ Additional Services to Public and Private Clients
β€’ Surveys for Enfranchisements
β€’ Conducting 9 surveys per week
β€’ Report writing
Residential Surveyor requirements:
β€’ AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualifications
β€’ RICS Registered Valuer
β€’ Experience in Surveying
β€’ Full UK Licence and Car
