Passive Fire Supervisor

Passive Fire Supervisor/Working Supervisor overseeing fire protection works, including fire doors and fire stopping, to social housing properties in the North East. Responsibilities include: * Operative management * Health & safety and toolbox talks * Post work inspections and quality control * Stock control at the stores * 80% non-working role with a small amount of ad hoc work on the tools to support with fire door remedials What\’s on offer? * £240/day CIS, 8hr working day * 25p/mile over 20 miles to and from the first and last site + all travel during the working day * Parking expensed back * Long-term, ongoing contract with no end date The successful candidate will have: * Experience working in social housing environments with vulnerable tenants * NVQ L2 in Carpentry and Joinery with fire door install/remedial experience * Experience using Onetrace or similar compliance apps/software for recording data * Supervisory experience + SSSTS/SMSTS * Valid CSCS card * DBS with no record, or be prepared to obtain one if successful * Asbestos Awareness certificate * Manual Handling certificate
