The role Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for digital innovation and making a real impact? Natural Resources Wales (NRW) is looking for a confident, organised, and proactive Digital Project Manager to help lead the delivery of key initiatives within our NRW2030 Transformation Portfolio. This is a pivotal role where you\’ll take ownership of assigned projects-overseeing delivery from planning through to implementation, with a strong focus on budget management, agile methodology, and strategic alignment. Working at the heart of our digital transformation, you\’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external delivery partners to ensure all aspects of each project are well-coordinated, efficiently delivered, and clearly aligned with our long-term organisational goals. You\’ll be responsible for: Leading digital projects using agile project management principles. Evaluating and selecting delivery approaches-including internal resourcing, contractor support, or full procurement. Maintaining robust financial records and up-to-date project documentation.
