Bar night manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar and ensure a high standard of service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, bartending, along with exceptional leadership skills. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while maintaining the efficiency and quality of our beverage offerings., * Manage the bar staff, providing training and support to ensure excellent service delivery.

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of drinks, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.

• Develop and implement innovative drink menus that align with current trends and customer preferences.

• Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock without overextending resources.

• Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale among staff.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

• Proven experience in a bar management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry.

• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and food safety regulations.

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

• Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers alike.

• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is advantageous.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

We operate on a late-night license, ending at 3:30am. Candidates must be able to work these hours and be comfortable with the late-night environment., * Bar Management: 1 year (preferred)

Pay: £13.50 per hour
