The Role: Corner Supervisor
STONE ISLAND is searching for a dynamic, proactive, and self-driven Corner Supervisor to join our team and embark on an exciting journey at Selfridges.
Our Corner Supervisor is deeply passionate about our brand, embodying the role of Brand Ambassador. With a strong understanding of our products and image, they are responsible for driving sales in their corner by delivering exceptional customer service and efficiently managing point-of-sale operations.
They contribute to the management and development of their team while working closely with their Wholesale Area Manager to strategically grow the business.
The Day-To-Day
PROACTIVENESS
β Is proactive & self-motivated by taking initiative and anticipating issues.

β Provides motivation to the team and leads by example at all times.
β Proactively drives corner sales and delivers an elevated level of service while building customer loyalty and developing new customers.

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
β Has strong knowledge of the collection.
β Provides insights on fabrics and products specificities.
BUSINESS
β Drives sales and productivity through individual results and key KPI management.
β Maximises sales opportunity leveraging cross-selling.
β Ensures the Stone Island Sales and Service standards are embodied consistently.
β Analyse reports (sell-out and main KPIs) and work closely with the Selfridges Management Team to strategically drive and grow business.
β Effectively coaches and ensures the teams compliancy with company initiatives (Training and Selling Programs, CEM, CRM etc.);
β Supports the team to ensure individual growth, employee engagement using consistent communication i.e. One to One touch-bases, Individual development plans.
β Supports the maintenance of the storeβs visual merchandising standards.
Key Qualifications:
β Deep understanding, passion and enthusiasm for the Stone Island brand and products are essential.
β Strong knowledge of the fashion industry with an instinctive feel for the product.
β At least 3 to 5 yearsβ in luxury fashion retail.
β Trustworthiness, attendance, flexibility, agility, attitude for teamwork.
β Fluency & sophistication in English – additional languages is a plus.
β Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
β Proven track record of successful sales generation, building clientele.
β Proficient computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel and Outlook).
β Possess strong attention to detail;
β Ability to read and analyse sales reports.
β Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the corner.
