The Role – Sales Rep – Kent and Sussex An amazing opportunity to drive and shape a smaller division within a renowned global business. You will be working as a Sales Rep, selling their resilient and soft flooring product. Working closely with a supportive and knowledgeable technical support team you will have responsibility for growing sales of flooring primers, screeds, adhesives and protectors within the South London, Kent and Sussex area. Working with specialist flooring contractors and applicators as well as managing the distributors in the territory. A great opportunity to break into field sales or move from a distributor into a manufacturing sales role. Lots of coaching and support given. You will develop relationships with the specialist flooring contractors within the South East and London region as well as identifying distribution partners where needed. You will receive excellent sales and product training but previous knowledge or awareness of the flooring industry would be a major advantage in the role. For the position of Sales Representative, we are looking for individuals who meet some or all of the following criteria: Either have sold a flooring product to contractors, or distributors or have worked for a flooring distributorIdeally has a track record of new business and is happy driving new brands or productsUnderstanding of the contractor and back sell sales processCustomer-facing experience and happy on siteAble to utilise CRM, business tools and lead generation products efficientlyTenacious, resilient and a desire to exceed targets Must be well presented, ambitious, driven, enthusiastic, articulate, and personable Driving licence The benefits package for the position of Sales Rep – Kent and Sussex: Up to £45k basic Company Hybrid Company CarBonus of up to £7.5k per yr9% company pension contribution, private health insurance, lunch allowance 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
