Prince Personnel are working with a growing, Telford based, business who are looking for an Accounts Administrator on a temporary basis covering maternity leave for around 12 months. You will be responsible for:
- Purchase ledger invoices.
- Generation of all customer sales invoices and onward issue to customer contact.
- Generation of monthly customer account statements.
- Follow up all pro-forma invoices with customers to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Process all credit card payments.
- Generation of all supplier reconciliation statements.
- Bank reconciliations.
- CIC reconciliations.
- Generation and presentation of monthly reports.
- Management of all e-commerce orders in relation to the reconciliation of invoices and payments.
- Management of CRM system to ensure all customer correspondence is recorded.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will need experience of working in a similar role. AAT qualification preferable but not essential. You will need good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel.
