Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial & Gifted Collaborations: Lead all talent partnerships, managing both paid and gifted collaborations with brands and ensuring the successful delivery of all agreements.
- End-to-End Talent Deal Management: From outreach and negotiation to contract finalisation, delivery, and post-campaign reporting—you’ll oversee every step of the deal-making process to guarantee exceptional results.
- Brand Partnerships & Networking: Leverage your strong network across industries, including brands, TV, and radio, to create exciting opportunities for talent. You’ll be expected to consistently identify new partnerships and collaborations that align with the talent’s brand.
- Relationship Building: Your ability to foster and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both talent and brands will be second to none. You will be a trusted partner, committed to the success of all parties.
- Sales-Driven Approach: Meet and exceed sales targets for both the talent and the business. You’ll be skilled at positioning talent in the right spaces to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Social Media Expertise: Stay ahead of the curve by advising talent on social platform strategies, growth techniques, and content trends. You’ll be clued up on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more, providing expert guidance for talent growth.
