This is an excellent opportunity for a safety professional to develop their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on-site. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation and monitoring of health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Conduct site safety inspections and audits, identifying potential hazards and ensuring corrective actions are taken. Support the Safety Manager in ensuring all personnel comply with HSE requirements and company standards. Participate in safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training sessions for site personnel. Assist in investigating incidents, near misses, and accidents, and contribute to the development of preventive measures. Maintain accurate safety records and documentation in compliance with legal and company requirements. Liaise with subcontractors and other stakeholders to promote a culture of safety. Stay updated with health and safety legislation and industry best practices. Requirements: NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent health and safety qualification. 1-2 years of experience in a health and safety role, preferably within the construction or data center sector. Knowledge of UK health and safety regulations and industry best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with all levels of staff and contractors. Proactive and detail-oriented approach to safety management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
