We are currently recruiting for a Quality & Compliance Manager to join our team in Dunstable. This is a key role responsible for ensuring products meet all BRC, ISO, HACCP, and customer compliance standards.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (with opportunity to work one day remotely per week)
Salary: Negotiable, depending on skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate BRC, GMP, and ISO audits
- Maintain the site's Quality Management System (QMS), SOPs, and HACCP plans
- Investigate and close out non-conformances and customer complaints
- Support NPD from concept to launch ensuring compliance
- Drive internal audits, pest control, and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years Quality/Compliance experience in manufacturing
- HACCP Level 3 (essential)
- Familiar with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & BRCGS standards
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
