Engineering Manager – Developer\\n\\n Outskirts of Birmingham\\n\\n £70,000 – £75,000 plus car \\n\\nWe are looking for an Engineering Manager to join a multi-award-winning developer, working closely with the Engineering team and the Technical Director. They are highly regarded business with offices across the UK and a strong pipeline of developments across their regions.\\n\\n We are looking for someone with extensive developer experience, and someone with experience in a similar role (or a solid stint as a Senior Engineer). There is a fantastic progression  opportunity to D/T Manager/Director\\n\\n Main duties:\\n\\nPreparing viability and detailed designs to establish a satisfactory resolution of engineering issues.\\nCarrying out practical economical Section 38 and 104 designs to adoptable standards and supplying a package of information to the Commercial Department for tender purposes.\\nLiaising with Designers in relation to the development of housing layouts with a view to offering advice on SUDs and value engineering.\\nAssisting in the production of site appraisals.\\nDeveloping road and sewer designs with the approving bodies in order to solve all associated engineering issues.\\nPreparing/co-ordinating external levels drawings and private drainage drawings.\\nAssembling and delivering the civil engineering package.\\nDischarging engineering related and building related issues.\\nWe require someone with proven ability to manager a team of engineers, and mentor/lead your team members.\\n\\n In return:\\n\\n Salary £70,000 – £75,000\\n\\n 25 days holiday plus bank holidays\\n\\n 20% bonus\\n\\n Higher company car allowance\\n\\n Private pension\\n\\n Health insurance
