We are looking to recruit a Senior Consultant with experience in recruiting staff on a temporary basis. This role involves recruiting Construction/Civil Engineering professionals across various disciplines. You may work with large national contractors or regional smaller firms. Staff recruited will include management roles such as Project Managers, Commercial Managers, Foremen, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Site Managers, and Assistants.
There will be opportunities to develop and grow your section, with the potential to establish a high billing desk as a Contract/Temporaries Consultant. We are particularly interested in speaking with recruiters who have entrepreneurial flair, are highly motivated, committed, and passionate about recruitment, with a good understanding of the contract/temporaries sector.
If you have experience in the temporaries sector, even without Construction/Civil Engineering experience, we would like to talk to you. Pinnacle has a proven track record of training experienced recruiters and developing skills that significantly increase billings and earnings.
