We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our friendly team at our family run home. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in care homes or home care settings, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will assist with daily activities, implement care plans, and communicate effectively with both clients and healthcare professionals. A commitment to delivering high-quality care is paramount., * Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.

Support the implementation of individual care plans tailored to each client’s needs.

Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required.

Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in their condition to the healthcare team.

Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
