Projects include public health systems, ventilation, LTHW / CHW systems, and air conditioning — all with a focus on quality, efficiency, and precision.Key responsibilities:Oversee project delivery teams — including employed staff, self-employed workers, and subcontractorsCoordinate with commercial and procurement teams for materials and subcontractor packagesManage budgets, schedules, and resources effectivelySolve problems and provide on-site technical guidanceEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standardCommunicate clearly with all stakeholdersWhat We’re Looking For:Background & Experience:Trade background as a pipe fitter or plumberProven experience in a project management role within mechanical servicesSkills & Attributes:Exceptional organisation and time managementStrong attention to detail, particularly with project data and documentationConfident communicator – verbal and writtenComfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and project management toolsProactive, collaborative, and adaptableA desire to grow, improve, and take on new challengesWhy Join Us?This is an opportunity to step into a key role within a business that values its people and prioritises innovation, collaboration, and career development.
