A great role has arisen for a Part Time Accounts Payable to join a company based in London.\\n\\nResponsibilities:\\n\\nFull ownership of the purchase ledger ensuring payments to vendors are made on time and a clean ledger is maintained.\\nUpdate payment templates and accounting software with new suppliers' details. Keep existing suppliers' data up to date.\\nManage the personal expenses process and ensure payments to staff are made on time.\\nManage the banking process including regular bank reconciliations are completed accurately on the system\\nManage the accounting mailbox. responding to any queries and escalating when necessary.\\nSupport central finance month-end accounting deliverables including posting journals.\\nAssist with ad-hoc work as requiredRequirements:\\n\\n1-3 years' experience of AP within a Finance function\\nExperience working in an office environment\\nExperience of managing the A/P function and control environment (reconciliations and checks)\\nBasic understanding and application of debits and credits.\\nExperience with NetSuite (preferred) or other accounting system,\\nBroad market.
