We are seeking passionate and dedicated singing, dancing and acting teachers to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in the performing arts and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students of all ages. As a teacher, you will play a key role in developing students’ skills, confidence, and love for the performing arts.

Duties

  • Plan and deliver engaging classes tailored to different skill levels and age groups.

  • Ensuring that students learn proper techniques in each of the disciplines.

  • Create lesson plans that align with Theatretrains curriculum and goals.

  • Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their performance.

  • Organise and lead rehearsals for performances, ensuring all students are well-prepared.

  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all students during classes.

  • Participate in external events, workshops, and community outreach programmes to promote the centre.

  • Strong proficiency in singing, dancing or acting or ideally all three.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey instructions and engage with students.

  • Ability to motivate and inspire students of varying abilities.

  • Strong organisational skills to manage class schedules and lesson plans efficiently.

  • Patience and adaptability when working with diverse groups of learners.

  • Previous Industry experience is preferred but not essential.

  • Previous teaching experience is preferred but not essential; a passion for the subject is crucial.
