We are looking for an Automation Specialist that has experience with RPA tools to join our clients growing team. The Senior Automation Specialist will need to have experience of the full automation lifecycle managing end to end from discovery through to build and test. The Automation team is responsible for streamlining all operational processes for the organisation's back office. This role involves engaging with stakeholders, integrating agile methodologies, and creating unattended automations using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. You will help to improve the automation framework, ensuring system resilience, and collaborate with IT to manage environments and optimise release processes. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with meticulous documentation practices and assessing automation potential with businesses. This is an excellent time to join the organisation as they build and develop the automation team and look at scaling further.
Skills and experience needed:
- RPA Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere). Power Automate experience is a plus.
