About the Role: We have Service Engineers located nationwide and are looking for talented people to join our ever-growing team.
- To carry out on-site service checks for new and live contracts in line with company procedures and ensuring a client-focused approach at all times.
- To ensure all check sheets and logs are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Highlight immediately any major issues which may arise or anything that requires urgent attention.
- Complete company documentation and forward to the office in order for any ordering of parts to be processed, re-visits to site to be planned, and paperwork to be filed.
- Responsible for having customer sign off work via work sheets.
- Carry out site visits for clients provide detailed information to Service Manager in order for quote to be produced and discussed with the client.
- Attend site visits in line with client requirements.
- Complete all company documentation within agreed timescales.

- Experience in commercial sprinkler systems
- Good health and safety knowledge
- Basic IT skills
- Collaborative, flexible, and a great communicator
- Full Driving License
