We’re working with a well-established and rapidly growing signage company based in the Manchester area, known for delivering high-impact projects across the UK. They’re now looking to recruit a Lead Sign Fitter to join their experienced team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Role:
- Leading signage installation jobs on-site, working with internal and external signage, including illuminated and fabricated signs.
- Overseeing junior fitters and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard and on schedule.
- Liaising with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations.
- Ensuring safe and compliant work practices in line with H&S standards.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in sign fitting and installation, ideally in a lead or senior role.
- CSCS card – Essential
- Full UK Driving Licence – Essential
- IPAF and PASMA certifications – Highly desirable but not essential
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet on-site.
- Comfortable working at height and using hand/power tools confidently.
