Job Title: Façade Designer Location: North West (Hybrid working possible) Salary: £35,000 – £55,000 DOE + Benefits About the Role Our client, a specialist contractor within the building envelope and façade sector, is seeking a Façade Designer to join their established design team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to technically challenging and innovative projects, supporting the full project lifecycle from concept through to delivery. Key Responsibilities * Produce detailed façade and curtain walling designs in line with project specifications. * Prepare 2D and 3D CAD drawings, schedules, and technical documentation. * Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and project managers to ensure design compliance. * Provide design input and support to site and installation teams. * Ensure all designs comply with relevant standards, regulations, and building codes. * Contribute to design meetings, providing technical expertise and innovative solutions. * Work collaboratively within the design office to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs.
